Positive: The staff was so kind, attentive and welcoming! We don't often stay at resorts, but when we checked in they immediately offered us a glass of sparkling rosè. The faciliities were beautiful! It was the end of August in Phoenix and the temp hovered around 103 during our stay. They had valet staff at the ready to cart guests anywhere on property due to the heat.

Summary: Fantastic views, staff and facilities!
